HOW YOUR PAYMENT IS PROCESSED
Your payments are processed through Wix Payments and comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction.
PCI Compliance helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.
PURCHASING WITH A DEPOSIT
If you would like to purchase an original painting over £500 you are welcome to purchase in stages. You may pay a 50% deposit to reserve your painting. The balance can be paid the following month or in 2 monthly payments of 25% each. Please contact me if you are interested in this option. Usual shipping costs and return policy will apply.
SHIPPING
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
The paintings will be packed and shipped within 5 working days. Within the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight. Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total.

INCLUDED SHIPPING COSTS
Each painting has an estimated shipping cost included at checkout based on the size of the work and your location.

PICK-UP FROM LONDON STUDIO
If you are London based you may find it more convenient to pick-up directly from my studio. Once you have placed your order I will email you with a time for you to collect.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted please opt for the ‘pick up’ option at Checkout. I will then email you and we can discuss the shipping options.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.
For our European friends, it’s not clear what extra charges will be made for EU customers. As I don’t want you to have unexpected charges made for VAT, customs charges or extra handling charges, please follow the advice above for International shipping. I will then email you and we can discuss the shipping options.
